Tokyo is gearing up its security for the *Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, APEC, on Nov. 13 and 14, which will be held in Yokohama, the second largest city in Japan by population after Tokyo. Yokohama lies on Tokyo Bay, south of Tokyo, and is a major commercial center of the Greater Tokyo Area.
